Privacy notice

Last updated 3 November 2026

Draft for review. This notice was written in plain language as a starting point. Have it checked against the laws that apply to your business before relying on it. Items marked TODO need your input.

Who we are

This website is run by Zad Project (TODO: legal name and registered address of the business). You can contact us about privacy through the contact page.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (if given), project type, budget range (if given) and your message. We also receive the time it was sent and the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss your project.

When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The site sets no tracking cookies and does not use advertising or social media trackers.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across sites.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the form. To do this, Turnstile processes information about your browser and device. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any period the law requires (TODO: confirm retention period). We delete enquiries that do not lead to a project after TODO months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services needed to run the site and deliver your message: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection and email delivery through Cloudflare Email Routing) and the provider of the inbox your message is delivered to (TODO: name).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of the page.
